Order Status Lab

Understand exactly what is happening to your order — select any status.

Paid
What it means

Your order has been accepted but has not entered active delivery yet.

Why it happens

It may be waiting in an internal queue or with the assigned provider. Up to 72 h can be part of the normal window.

What you should do

Wait while the order remains within its expected processing window (up to 72 h).

Avoid

Do not immediately place another order for the same target — the counters would overlap.

What it means

The provider/system is preparing the order for delivery.

Why it happens

Unlike Pending, the order was picked up: the provider is allocating capacity and reading the start count.

What you should do

Nothing — the next status is usually In progress.

Avoid

Do not edit the target (username, privacy, deleting the post) from this point on.

What it means

Delivery has started and the requested quantity is being processed.

Why it happens

The counter rises at the daily speed of the service (the "Day 50K" part of the name).

What you should do

Estimate the finish: quantity ÷ daily speed = minimum days. Let it run.

Avoid

Do not request Cancel unless you really need it — advanced orders may only cancel partially.

What it means

The requested quantity was delivered according to the service's delivery conditions.

Why it happens

If the service includes a guarantee (R30+), its window starts counting from here.

What you should do

If numbers drop later and the service has refill, use the Refill button (once every 24 h).

Avoid

Do not expect "guaranteed forever": permanence depends on the guarantee stated in the service name.

What it means

Only part of the requested quantity was delivered.

Why it happens

The provider ran out of capacity or stock for the remainder. It does not mean the whole order failed.

What you should do

Review the final status and your balance: the undelivered portion is credited back to your panel balance automatically.

Avoid

Do not immediately create another order for the same target — wait until the status is final.

What it means

The order will not continue delivery.

Why it happens

You requested it, the provider rejected/stopped it, or the target was invalid. Canceled ≠ Partial ≠ Completed.

What you should do

Check your balance: the amount for undelivered quantity returns to your panel balance (never to your card).

Avoid

Do not open a bank dispute — refunds live in your balance and support solves issues by ticket.

Before you order

30 seconds here prevent 90% of lost orders.

  • Correct target link (profile link for followers, post link for likes/views)
  • Account/post is public
  • Quantity within the service min/max
  • Delivery speed reviewed (Day 50K = your timeline)
  • Refill / guarantee reviewed (No Refill = no insurance)
  • Cancellation availability reviewed (Cancel Enable)
  • No other active order on the same link
  • Enough balance — the charge is rate × quantity ÷ 1000

08

Avoid these mistakes

The errors behind almost every "my order failed" ticket.

Wrong link

The order starts against a target that cannot receive it: it is lost, with no refund.

Copy the URL from the app itself and match it to the service type (profile vs post vs comment).
Private account

Providers cannot deliver to targets they cannot see. The order stalls or fails.

Make the account/post public before ordering and keep it public until Completed.
Duplicate order

Two active orders on one link overlap their counters: attribution breaks, refills conflict, drops cannot be diagnosed.

Wait until the first order reaches a final status before ordering the same link again.
Username change mid-order

The stored link stops pointing to your profile, so delivery goes nowhere.

Never rename, delete or hide the target while any order is active on it.
Quantity outside limits

Below the minimum or above the maximum the order is rejected — or delivers unpredictably.

Check the Min/Max shown in the service details before confirming.
Ignoring service labels

Buying "No Refill" expecting a guarantee, or "Day 1K" expecting overnight delivery, ends in disappointment.

Read the labels — they are the contract. The Label Explorer above decodes every one.

Who controls what

Transparency about how this industry works — so nothing surprises you.

1Popularity controls the order flow, balance and support. Social platforms ultimately control their own algorithms, policies and enforcement — that is why delays, drops and partials can exist on any panel.

1Popularity controls

  • Order processing and queues
  • Service catalog and prices shown
  • Your balance, charges and automatic refunds
  • Order statuses and their updates
  • Communication with providers

External systems control

  • Social platform algorithms and purges
  • Moderation and anti-abuse systems
  • Platform availability and outages
  • Actions taken on individual accounts
  • External API behaviour and limits
What if a provider changes a service?

Speed, capacity, price or guarantees can change; a service can pause or be replaced. New orders follow the new conditions; orders already placed are handled under the conditions they were bought with, whenever the provider allows it.

Read the full guide
Can prices change?

Yes — provider costs move in both directions. Future orders reflect the new rate; already-placed orders are not recharged.

What if a service disappears?

It is removed for new orders. An existing order may still finish, or end as Partial/Canceled with the undelivered part credited to balance, depending on the provider.

Can social media updates affect my order?

Yes. Platform algorithm, API, moderation or anti-abuse changes can cause delays, drops or partials that neither the panel nor the provider controls. Guaranteed services cover drops via Refill — but if a major platform update breaks the service, the provider may suspend the refill while it lasts or stop offering it for that service.

Questions & answers

Search above or browse by category.

Getting started

Read the service name from left to right — it tells you everything: platform and type (Instagram Followers), guarantee (R30 = 30-day refill, No Refill ⚠️ = as-is), daily speed (Day 50K = up to 50,000 per day) and start time (Instant Start).

Then compare variants: the cheaper one usually carries no guarantee or lower quality — the price difference is the insurance. First time with a service? Place a small test order and read the description for the exact link format and min/max limits.

The full decoder is in the label explorer above.

The panel is built for reselling: register, add funds and sell at your own margin — no licence, no minimum volume.

  • Manual: place your clients' orders from New order and charge them your price.
  • Automated: connect your website, store or own panel using your API key (Account → API); orders flow in without touching the panel.

If you get stuck integrating, support can walk you through it by ticket.

We never ask for your password. Every service works with public links only — a profile URL, a post URL, a video URL. You install nothing and hand over no account access.

The only requirements: the account or post must stay public while the order runs, and you must not change the username or delete the content mid-delivery.

If anyone claiming to be the panel asks for your password, it is a scam — report it via ticket.

Orders & statuses

Partial means the order stopped before reaching the full quantity, and the money for the undelivered part was automatically returned to your balance.

Example: you ordered 10,000 followers, 6,500 arrived and the source ran dry. The order is marked Partial and the value of the missing 3,500 goes back to your balance on its own — no ticket needed.

It usually happens when a provider's source is exhausted or the target account hits a temporary limit. The exact refunded amount appears in your transaction log.

The button sends a cancellation request to the provider — it is not an instant switch. Three outcomes are possible:

  • The order is canceled and the money returns to your balance automatically.
  • It is partially canceled: you keep what was delivered, the rest is refunded (Partial).
  • It is rejected because delivery is too advanced to stop.

Processing can take minutes to several hours. If nothing changes after 24 hours, open a ticket with the order ID.

Straight back to your panel balance, automatically, for the entire undelivered part. You can spend it on any other service immediately.

Refunds never travel back to the card or payment method — the balance is the panel's single wallet. Every movement is registered in your transaction log with date and order ID, so you can audit it any time.

Estimate it yourself: quantity ÷ daily speed in the name. A 200K order on a "Day 50K" service needs at least 4 days — that is normal operation, not a delay.

Your order also crosses three queues: panel → provider → social network. Algorithm updates, weekends and volume spikes can slow any of them. A delay does not mean cancellation: the order stays in the system until it completes or is refunded.

Reasonable rule: if the status has not moved at all in 72 hours, open a ticket with the order ID.

Mass Order sends many orders from one screen — one order per line, in this exact format:

service_id | quantity | link

Example — 500 followers (service 305) for three different profiles:

305|500|https://instagram.com/profile_a
305|500|https://instagram.com/profile_b
305|500|https://instagram.com/profile_c

Drip-feed is not available inside Mass Order, and each line is validated separately — one wrong line does not block the others.

Refill & Cancel

Social networks constantly purge accounts and recount metrics, so part of any delivery can disappear over time — that is a drop. Refill is the free restoration of those losses.

The window is written in the service name: R30 = 30 days, R60, R365, Lifetime. Inside that window, if your count falls below what was delivered, the Refill button restores it at no cost.

No Refill ⚠️ means as-is: whatever drops is gone. That is why identical-looking services have different prices — the guarantee is the difference you are paying for.

No — both buttons are requests, not instant actions. They notify the provider, who processes them in their own queue (typically 24–72 h for a refill).

Refill only applies when all three are true:

  • the order is Completed;
  • you are inside the guarantee window (R30, R60…);
  • the current count is genuinely below what was delivered.

One refill request per order every 24 hours. Once the window expires, refill is no longer possible for that order.

Check the service name of that order in your history first:

  • R30 / R60 / R365 / Lifetime: press Refill — the drop is restored free while the window lasts.
  • No Refill ⚠️: the service was sold without guarantee; the drop is not recoverable. Next time pick the refill variant of the same service.

One honest caveat: a major platform update can break sources and temporarily suspend refill even on guaranteed services — it resumes as soon as providers stabilize.

Drip-feed & Auto

Drip-feed splits one order into automatic repeated deliveries, so growth looks organic instead of arriving as a single spike.

You set quantity per run, number of runs and interval in minutes. Example: 200 likes × 10 runs every 30 minutes = 2,000 likes spread across 5 hours.

Mind the math: the total delivered (and charged) is quantity × runs. Ideal for posts you want to grow naturally over hours or days.

Mass Order: no. Each line is placed as a normal single order.

API: yes. Services that support drip-feed accept the runs and interval parameters in the add-order call — the same options you see in the panel form. The API documentation page lists the exact fields.

Payments & balance

The short version:

  • Undelivered or canceled orders → refunded automatically to your panel balance.
  • Completed orders → not refundable; verify link and quantity before confirming.
  • Deposits → stay as balance for future orders; they are not returned to the card.

Never open a bank dispute (chargeback) to "speed things up": it freezes the account automatically. A ticket resolves almost every case faster.

Fraudulent payments (stolen cards, unauthorized methods) end in account termination without refund.

Open Add funds, pick a payment method and an amount, confirm — the balance lands on your account and works for every service in the catalog.

Each method shows its own minimum and any bonus or fee before you pay. Deposits are not refundable to the card, so top up what you actually plan to spend.

If a payment does not credit within a few minutes, do not pay again: open a ticket with the receipt and the method used.

Discounts & loyalty

The price on the services page is the price — it is already a reseller rate, the same for everyone.

What does exist: occasional deposit bonuses on the Add funds page and promotions in the announcements. Comparing variants also saves real money — a shorter refill window or a slower speed is often far cheaper for the same platform and quality.

Referrals

Share your personal link from the Referrals section. When someone registers through it and deposits, a percentage of their deposits is credited to you as commission.

The same page shows your visits, sign-ups and earnings in real time, plus the exact percentage and payout terms that apply to your account.

API & resellers

Your key lives in Account → API (regenerate it any time if it leaks). The API page documents every endpoint: add order, order status, multi-status, balance and refill.

It follows the standard SMM panel API format, so most store scripts and integrations work by pasting the URL and the key. Drip-feed parameters (runs, interval) are supported on services that allow it.

Automation. If you run a store, your own panel or sell in volume, the API places and tracks orders without opening the panel: your system sends service, link and quantity, and reads the status back.

Same balance, same prices, same services — just faster at scale. For a handful of orders a day, the panel or Mass Order is more than enough.

Support & waiting times

Run the 60-second check first: what the status actually means (status lab), the 72-hour rule for stuck orders, and whether the link was correct and public.

If something is still wrong, open a ticket with:

  • the order ID — the single most important item;
  • the service and the exact link used;
  • what you expected vs. what happened.

One subject per ticket gets solved fastest. Duplicate tickets about the same order slow the whole queue down.

SMM panels move public metrics: followers, views, likes, listeners. They are a boost, not a magic engine — they work best combined with good content and consistency.

Assume these realities: metrics fluctuate because networks purge accounts; delivery estimates are estimates, not contracts; guarantees exist only where the label says so (R30, Lifetime…); and platform updates can temporarily change how any service behaves.

With those expectations set, the panel does exactly what it promises: visible numbers, fast, at reseller prices.

Social network guides

Only the ones whose name says so: Monetized, RAV (Real & Active Views) or ADS-based services — sources that make sense to YouTube's analytics.

Never send cheap bulk views to a video in the Partner Program; mixed traffic can hurt the channel. For the 4,000 public watch hours requirement, use the dedicated Watch Time services.

A mention tags users with @ under your post, so they receive a notification and — ideally — visit it. The service does this at scale: you provide your post link plus the audience source, which depending on the variant is a list of usernames or the followers of a target account.

Use it to put a specific audience in front of one post. Expect a visibility bump, not a fixed number of new followers.

Impressions count how many times your post was shown; Saves are bookmarks. Both are ranking signals — Instagram pushes content further when people appear to view and save it.

Brands also read them in statistics: a post with strong impressions and saves looks organically successful. They are supporting services — combine them with likes or views on the same post for a coherent profile.
