My order hasn't started

Your order has been accepted but has not entered active delivery yet.

Why it happens

It may be waiting in an internal queue or with the assigned provider. Up to 72 h can be part of the normal window.

What you should do

Check three things first: the link is correct and public, the quantity is within min/max, and the service's typical start time (Instant Start vs 0-1 Hour). Then apply the 72-hour rule: if the status has not moved at all in 72 hours, open a ticket with the order ID.

Avoid

Do not immediately place another order for the same target — the counters would overlap.

Delivery time & speed

Estimate it yourself: quantity ÷ daily speed in the name. A 200K order on a "Day 50K" service needs at least 4 days — that is normal operation, not a delay.

Your order also crosses three queues: panel → provider → social network. Algorithm updates, weekends and volume spikes can slow any of them. A delay does not mean cancellation: the order stays in the system until it completes or is refunded.

Reasonable rule: if the status has not moved at all in 72 hours, open a ticket with the order ID.
