Cancellation
Cancellation can be requested while the order is active.
The button sends a cancellation request to the provider — it is not an instant switch. Three outcomes are possible:
- The order is canceled and the money returns to your balance automatically.
- It is partially canceled: you keep what was delivered, the rest is refunded (Partial).
- It is rejected because delivery is too advanced to stop.
Processing can take minutes to several hours. If nothing changes after 24 hours, open a ticket with the order ID.
Where does the money go when an order is canceled?
Straight back to your panel balance, automatically, for the entire undelivered part. You can spend it on any other service immediately.
Refunds never travel back to the card or payment method — the balance is the panel's single wallet. Every movement is registered in your transaction log with date and order ID, so you can audit it any time.
