Why it happens

You requested it, the provider rejected/stopped it, or the target was invalid. Canceled ≠ Partial ≠ Completed.

Check your balance: the amount for undelivered quantity returns to your panel balance (never to your card).

Do not open a bank dispute — refunds live in your balance and support solves issues by ticket.
