Why it happens

The provider ran out of capacity or stock for the remainder. It does not mean the whole order failed.

What you should do

Review the final status and your balance: the undelivered portion is credited back to your panel balance automatically.

Avoid

Do not immediately create another order for the same target — wait until the status is final.

What happens next?

Partial means the order stopped before reaching the full quantity, and the money for the undelivered part was automatically returned to your balance.

Example: you ordered 10,000 followers, 6,500 arrived and the source ran dry. The order is marked Partial and the value of the missing 3,500 goes back to your balance on its own — no ticket needed.

It usually happens when a provider's source is exhausted or the target account hits a temporary limit. The exact refunded amount appears in your transaction log.
