What if a provider changes a service?
Speed, capacity, price, availability and guarantees may change — here is how each case is handled.
Speed, capacity, price or guarantees can change; a service can pause or be replaced. New orders follow the new conditions; orders already placed are handled under the conditions they were bought with, whenever the provider allows it.
Can prices change?
Yes — provider costs move in both directions. Future orders reflect the new rate; already-placed orders are not recharged.
What if a service disappears?
It is removed for new orders. An existing order may still finish, or end as Partial/Canceled with the undelivered part credited to balance, depending on the provider.
