Guarantees (R30 · R60 · R365 · Lifetime)
R30 / R60 / R365 / Lifetime is the guarantee window: drops get restored free with the Refill button. The price difference between variants IS the insurance.
What a guarantee really covers
Check the service name of that order in your history first:
- R30 / R60 / R365 / Lifetime: press Refill — the drop is restored free while the window lasts.
- No Refill ⚠️: the service was sold without guarantee; the drop is not recoverable. Next time pick the refill variant of the same service.
One honest caveat: a major platform update can break sources and temporarily suspend refill even on guaranteed services — it resumes as soon as providers stabilize.
Not every service can be refilled or canceled
Refill exists only where the label says so (R30+, Lifetime). Cancellation exists only on services marked Cancel Enable. If the name says No Refill, the low price is the trade-off — drops are your risk.
